Tracy Bublitz
Finance Director
Tracy Bublitz is the Finance Director for Shiawassee County. She is a CPA qualified candidate with over
20 years of accounting and auditing experience at various CPA firms.
She has also spent time working at the State of Michigan as an auditor. Tracy has her Bachelor of Business Administration, Associate in Business with a dual major in Accounting and Computer Information Systems, and a Certificate in Accounting.
Most recently, Tracy has spent the last 12 years providing accounting, auditing, tax, and payroll preparation services for non-profit, for-profit, and governmental entities, most recently with Andrews, Hooper, Pavlic PLC and prior to that with Demis & Wenzlick, PC, both in Owosso, Michigan.
Tracy is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Government Finance Officers Association.
Stephanie Blair
Assistant Finance Director/Human Resources
Stephanie Blair is the Assistant Finance Director. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, as well as an Associate Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from Baker College. Over the last few years, she has diligently worked to enhance her skills for her career in finance, most recently working as an Accounting/Operations Assistant.
Stephanie is an Owosso native who enjoys kayaking, camping, traveling to new places, reading and spending time with her husband Kevin, their two dachshunds, and family/friends.
