Freedom of Information Act Request Forms
The County FOIA Coordinator, pursuant to MCL 15.236(1), is the Chairperson of the County Board of Commissioners. As used in this policy, the term “County FOIA Coordinator” shall mean the Chairperson of the County Board of Commissioners, or the Chairperson’s designee under MCL 15.236(3).
All FOIA requests will go through the administration office.

Dr. Brian Boggs is designated by the Board of Commissioners as the Shiawassee County FOIA Coordinator and will review all FOIA requests.
