District Court Probation supervises Misdemeanor offenses and offers the following services:
Preliminary Breath Tests
The office provides preliminary breath tests to all individuals at no cost from 8:00am to 9:30am, Monday through Friday. Identification and PBT log are required.
Services

The services or agencies that have been provided are pre-approved for 66th District Court probation. If you are considering attending a treatment program or service that is not listed, you must contact your probation officer for prior approval.
