District Court Probation supervises Misdemeanor offenses and offers the following services:

Preliminary Breath Tests

The office provides preliminary breath tests to all individuals at not cost from 8:00am to 9:30am, Monday through Friday. Identification and PBT log are required.

Victim Impact Panel

The office coordinates the Victim Impact Panel which is offered the 2nd Saturday of the month from 8:45am to 11:00am. To register contact the Probation Clerk.
